Luxury Townhouses Planned at Site of Former Tallberg Car Dealership
A Bloomfield Hills Developer is planning to build 26 three story luxury townhouse condominiums on the former Tallberg Chevy Oldsmobile Site at 1000 Bay View Road in the City of Petoskey. The proposed 3000 square foot units, with "sensational" views of Little Traverse Bay, will sell for anywhere from $900,000 to $1.3 million per unit, which is approximately the going price for our "million dollar sunsets".

I heard that this is a bust and a "low rent" car dealership moved in. What happened? The folks from accross the street pitched a b***h?
