Harbor Springs Real Estate Sales Rebound in 2nd Quarter
Sales of Harbor Springs homes and condominiums rebounded somewhat in the second quarter of 2006 from a very slow second quarter last year. While still down from the 42 sales reported in the second quarter of 2003, sales rebounded to 33 units in the second quarter of 2006, from a low of 29 units sold in 2005.

How are land sales doing in northern Michigan in 2006? It seems like a lot of lake front property listed in the winter or early spring is still on the market - is it still early for a rush of sales or is there a glut of unsold lakefront property?
